Data Protection: Collection and processing of data.

We collect and process your personal data to the extent necessary for the following purposes:
- To process your application
- To register you and allow you to participate in events
- To communicate activities, invites and other member meetings to you
- To maintain member lists and file such a list with RCSL, the Luxembourg commercial register
We may maintain and process our member information (including your personal data) using online platforms or cloud providers (e.g. Apple, Amazon, Google, Meetup, Eventbrite), including online platforms or cloud providers outside the European Union.
This may involve the transfer of personal data to countries that do not offer the same level of protection as the European Union regarding data protection rules. Please email us to discuss alternative options if you object to storage of your data in this way.
You have various rights over your personal data, including the right to ask us to access, correct or erase it. You can also withdraw your consent to allow us to process your data (subject to any legal obligations on us to retain such data), however we reserve the right to terminate your membership if we can't comply with our membership list and other legal obligations as a result of this withdrawal.
By submitting this application form and paying the membership fee I confirm (if applicable, on behalf of the subscribing corporate member):
I/We understand that the Association will collect and administer my data as described above. I consent to this for the purposes of GDPR and equivalent legislation.
Individuals: I agree to being sent member communications such as newsletters and event information and am aware that at any time I may request to no longer receive such communications.
Corporates: We confirm that the persons listed have been made aware that they are becoming members and that they will receive communications from us to the address(es) provided
I/We undertake to promptly pay the relevant membership fee
